Solvent Based Pressure Sensitive Adhesive

Features:
● BT-3045 is a solvent based acrylic PSA with high performances produced by polymerization of monomers in solvents.
● It is designed by the special molecular structure with suitable flow rate and efflux volume, so it can meet the special coating processing of bag sealing tape. It is suitable for manufacturing of bag sealing tapes.
● After drying, the color of dried adhesive is light and its volume is large, it is suitable for production of light-colored tape to meet user ‘s special requirements.
● It has excellent adhesion with polyethylene, polypropylene and other common plastic materials.
BT-3045 has other properties such as strong adhesion, heat resistance, cold resistance, transparency,environment friendly, anti-aging resistance etc.

●It is better to use BT-3045 and BT-155 together to make bag sealing tape.

Application:
● It is specifically designed for bag sealing tapes.
●It can also be used to make double-sided tape, masking and surface protective adhesive materials, the protective film for microwave oven, medical adhesive tapes ,various metal foil adhesive tape, foam adhesive sheets for soundproof and anti-vibration, and non-woven adhesive products
